Just 24 Hours Left to Participate in the Green Bay Location for Next Week’s “Drive Thru Job Fair”

The statewide “Drive Thru Job Fair” will take place next week on Wednesday, July 15 from 12n-4pm—a list of all locations can be found here.

All Alliance members are invited to participate in this FREE event taking place throughout the state of Wisconsin and is intended to demonstrate that there is still a lot of opportunity available within the construction trades despite how COVID-19 has hurt the economy.

Participating companies are limited to one 1-page flyer per company. Details on suggested information to include and parameters for participating appear at the end of this story. Participants will not even need to exit their cars—each will receive a bag filled with the job opportunities supplied.

While there are two locations participating in our region, only the Green Bay location is accepting job fliers, but they are due by 12n tomorrow—Friday, July 10, 2020. The Oshkosh location is already at maximum participation.

GREEN BAY DETAILS:

The Green Bay “Drive Thru” is being held at the Riverside Ballroom, located at 1560 Main Street, Green Bay, WI 54302. To participate, materials must be dropped off at the Forward Services Corporation’s Green Bay office—located at 726 Pine Street, Green Bay, WI 54301—by 12n on Friday, July 10, 2020

“With so many employers looking to hire and indoor hiring events being too risky, a Drive Thru Job Fair offers a unique and creative way for members of the Alliance to grow their workforce,” said Craig Coleman.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

To participate, each Alliance member needs to provide 400 one-page recruitment flyers. The flyer should be formatted on 8.5x11” paper and information can be on one or both sides—but only one page per company.

Your flyer will be inserted into a presentation bags, which are being assembled utilizing proper COVID-19 safety protocols. Each car attending the fair will receive one bag will all participants information contained therein.

OSHKOSH DETAILS:
This location is no longer accepting flyers as they’ve reached their max participation.
