Our good friend Jim Golembeski, executive director of the Bay Area Workforce Development Board and a driving force behind the creation of the NEW Construction Alliance, shared the exciting news of the first-ever TDCON20 on February 26, 2020 at the Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee, Wisc.!

Hosted by the Wisconsin Workforce Development Association (WWDA), comprised of leadership from the eleven regional workforce development boards, the full-day conference will bring the leading voices in workforce and talent development to explore:

-Promising practices around talent attraction and retention
-The impact of technology on businesses
-Emerging technology trends, and much more.

The event will feature a keynote address from Jason Mortensen, strategic business development principal at Learning from Amazon on Amazon’s Culture of Innovation.

TDCON20 will also feature many industry experts, business leaders and influencers, including:
