# NEW Construction Alliance | Northeast Wisconsin Construction Careers and Workforce > NEW Construction Alliance, also known as NEWCA, is an association of construction employers and industry partners serving an 18-county region in Northeast Wisconsin. Under the leadership of New North, Inc., the Alliance collaborates with educators, workforce development organizations, economic development partners, and government to promote careers in the building and construction trades and strengthen the regional construction workforce. NEW Construction Alliance connects construction employers, job seekers, students, educators, workforce partners, and community stakeholders.
