ACE Mentor Program

Explore careers. Build connections. Create your future.

Discover what goes into designing and building the places where we live, work and play.

The NEW Construction Alliance is helping bring the ACE Mentor Program to Green Bay, connecting high school students with local professionals in architecture, construction and engineering. Through hands-on activities, field trips and a team project, students can explore career possibilities and learn directly from people working in the industry.

What is ACE?

ACE stands for Architecture, Construction and Engineering. This free, after-school mentorship program introduces high school students to the people, skills and teamwork behind the built environment.

Students work alongside volunteer industry professionals to explore how projects move from an idea to a design and ultimately into construction. Along the way, they develop skills in collaboration, problem-solving, communication and creative thinking.

Whether a student already has a career in mind or is simply curious about how things are built, ACE offers a chance to explore the possibilities.
